We regret to advise you of the passing yesterday morning of Bill Chalmers, Alford GC

Whilst Bill had not played in recent years, he had been a long-standing Member of NESSGA as well as serving on The Committee.

Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.

Our 2025 golfing season kicks off with our annual visit to Royal Aberdeen Golf Club on the afternoon of Thursday 10th April 2025 .. with the first tee times reserved from 14:20 on both courses.

This is your chance to play at one of oldest (6th oldest) and toughest courses in Scotland for only £50! Or you can choose to play the less challenging Silverburn Course - £20.
